Thank yiu for consulting in Health care Magic. I understand your concern. It is sever disease of connective tissue and like as other immuno-mediated diseases it can affect kidney. Your mother has complication -chronic renal failure aproximately 2 stage. Haemodialysis is helpful detoxical therapy for removing urea, creatine and different middle molecules, allergens and etc. She has scleroderma kidney.Don't ask about longetivity of her life, nobody can know it. I can tell you only that can live with haemodialysis for a long time. We can dramatically improved the survival of patients with renal failure.I will tell you some advices for your mother:
1.Therapy with ACE inhibitors: captopril, enalapril and etc for protection heart and kidney
2. Absorbents ,dufalac
3. Arthishoke 2 capsule 3 times after 15 min before meal continuously for removing urea
4.Ketosteril
5.Calcium+Vit D3
6.Hemodialysis
