Good evening. There are many aspects which can cause fluctuations in blood pressure values. The main causes of alterations in blood pressure that I see in patients are most often caused by caffeine, changes in activity, and or stress. If you are finding yourself living a lifestyle where there is less consistency, and or stability, it would also show itself in your blood pressure results, and any hormonal imbalances and or previous cardiac conditions and or medical regimens can alter this chemistry as well. I will be honest in saying that 157 is concerning, wheras 119 falls in the range of completely normal. My suggestions to stabilize your blood pressure are as follows... 1. Hydrate. 2 Less Sodium (Salt) and or Caffeine. 3. Stress Relief 4. Maintain a steady medication schedule (if you take any medications - make sure to take them at the same time per day as instructed).

I hope this advise helps!
