What Is The Reason For Bumps On The Thighs And Vagina Which Are Not Painful?

I am curious about a couple of bumps. one is on he crease of my inner thigh and bikini line. and one is on the outside of my vagina, where my pubic hair would be. They are the size of a dime, or nickel. Feels like a bubble or an air pocket. they are a little red/purple from me trying to squeeze them, because I figured they were just ingrown hairs. but no little hair came out, just blood/puss that basically squirted out and a little bit of white, but nothing hard. it feels like there is something hard under the skin but nothing comes out. I tried popping it with a disinfected needle with rubbing alcohol, but still nothing. I assume they are swollen because I was squeezing them but now im a little concerned. They aren't too painful, but I can feel them. this has happened before but it wasn't in the same spot. the ones before were right under my but cheek. I do trim, and its not razor burn.

Hi,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to Healthcare Magic. After reading your history I can make out two possible diagnosis at the best:

1. Molluscum contagiosum: It appears as pearl like and have central depression when fully formed.
3. Genital Warts: It appears as verrucous (like multiple accuminate or thorn like) when full formed.

Molluscum contagiosum is very well treatable by simple "needling and extraction". This is a method in which by simple needle we puncture the area and extract out a whitish bead. For warts you can go for radio-frequency ablation.

You should meet a dermatologist to get rid of the problem a the earliest. Do not pinch or squeeze as it may lad to further spread.

Take care.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed sebaceous cyst.

It is a collection of dead material under the skin.

When you press this material comes out as black debris.

Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.

Treatment is mainly surgical.

It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
