What Is The Reason For Dryness Of Penis Even After Applying Hydrocortisone And Baby Oil ?

Hi, I am a 16 year old male and my penis seems to be quite dry. Just to mention, I am uncircumcised. I do keep very extremely good hygiene in the nether regions so I am not sure why this has happened. I have tried Hydrocortizone, regular unscented lotion, and baby oil. I have also tried just washing with water and no soap. No luck with anything. What do you think I could try next before seeing my doctor again? He was the one that recommended the Hydrocortizone.

Hi young man. Why are you worried about dry penis. There is practically no condition like dry penis. You may feel the skin dry but this really do not need any treatment unless is causing some other problem. If you still have a doubt consult a skin specialist.
