This is typical symptoms of viral infection, and may be aggravate little, I would advise you to have medicine only when it becomes unbearable, else have complete bed rest this will for sure come around if the symptoms becomes worse then you can have the symptomatic medicine like "Acetaminophen three times in day, have nice day.
