What Is The Reason For Milky And Curd-like Discharge From Breast?

I realise that after making love and my breast being sucked, i squeeze my right nipple and sometimes get a white discharge or a milky curd like discharge. It looks like milk that has been stuck in the milk duct. Had a baby almost 6yrs ago. Had to stop breastfeeding cos i was hypertensive and the drug i was on didn t allow me to continue breastfeeding so my doc gave me medication to stop lactating . Doc also advised not to allow my husband suck breast in order for the medication to work fully since if he did i would still lactate . What could the occasional milky sometimes curd like discharge be. Another thing is i do self breast exam every other day. Could that also be the reason. Don t have breast pain except for when my period is almost due. Thks

Curd or milk like discharge from one breast could be due to some local infection such as an abscess or some local pathology.
I suggest you to consult the gynecologist for physical examination to look for any pathology.
