What Is The Reason For Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Cramp After Missed Periods With A Negative Pregnancy Test?

Ok so I am 15 days late for my period and I haven t had any signs of my period coming, I have tested negative on 4 pregnancy tests but I have been nauseous, having terrible headaches, fatigue, cramping, no spotting at all, if I am not pregnant, in which I believe I am then how long after a missed period should I expect a period? And if I am pregnant why would the tests be negative?

Hello user,

The pregnancy test reports depends on hormone level of HCG in urine, which is picked up by the kit to get a positive or negative report.

It requires a minimum level of hormone concentration to get a positive test, which ranges from period of 2-3 weeks after expected day of menstruation.

You are rather advised to have a USG scan of your abdomen to have a confirm report about your pregnancy.
