What Is The Reason For Pain And Pressure With Loss Of Hearing In Left Ear, Swollen Glands In Throat, Tearing Eyes And Fatigue?

here s my symptoms: inner ear Pain (left ear) fatigue body aches lack of appetite Pressure inside left ear lost hearing in left ear bloodshot eyes hot and cold flashes on and off headaches Sore throat swollen glands in my throat nasal congestion dizziness my eyes keep tearing up for no reason and have (slight) pressure behind them when i bend down and my heads upside down my ear doesn t hurt and i can hear better, but feel a lot of pressure in my eyes. when i pick my head up again i immediately cant hear out of it again. i smoke but have cut down alot since ive been sick, since its the weekend and i have finals Monday-Wednesday i cant see my regular doctor :/ i dont drink or use any illicit drugs im a 19 year old male weighing around 240 lbs my blood pressure and cholestoral are usually really good when i get a check up but im not sure what either of them are right now. i get flashes of lethargy. sometimes i can hardly move others i have a lot of energy however i never have much of an appetite. these symptoms started about a week ago with congestion and other cold symptoms. im prone to sinus infections so i thought nothing of them but two days ago i woke up with extreme pain in my ear and then lost hearing in it. yesterday it started affecting my eyes, i keep getting a ton of eye boogeys (not sure what theyre really called) and my eyes are tearing up but its slightly thicker than tears normally are. i know i need to go to the doctors but i can t for a while yet so i figured i should attempt to find out what im dealing with. i spend 3-5 months of any given year with chronic sinusitis and have since i was little, but this doesn t feel like it normally does.

Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

From the history, nature of your problem and past history of sinusitis, it appear that you are having severe ear infection which is spreading in surrounding area.

Any infection lead to pus formation which lead to systemic effects like tiredness, fever, lethargy and lack of appetite.

In my opinion you need urgent consultation from ENT specialist to prevent further damage which can be permanent. You may need treatment with analgesics, antibiotics and drainage of pus.

Wish you good health and all the best.
