Hi! Welcome to HCM! Your symptoms suggest Acute sinusitis.Acute sinusitis usually goes away on its own , treatments that may help to ease symptoms. In most people, acute sinusitis develops after a cold or flu-like illness. These include paracetamol or ibuprofen to ease pain or fever . Keeping hydrated can be helpful, so have plenty of drinks. Warm face packs held over the sinuses may help to ease pain.
