Normalizing your thyroid function is possible with medicine alone & is likely to help solve these two problems. Coming to your pain. Your pain as you have mentioned, is there for months & is sever. In addition no clue was found after imaging investigations right? In this regard my suggestion is you should see a specialist gynecologist who can perform a Laparoscopy test on you. As this is an investigation recommended in your case (i.e. after negative imaging & after no satisfactory response to ordinary pain killers). In cases like yours this test is likely to provide some clue to the cause of your chronic pain. After that a specific treatment can be offered to you. I am unable to understand the nature of swelling you are talking about, Is it a generalized swelling or localized to just one leg?
