What Is The Reason For Tiredness, Body Aches, Pain Behind Throat, Difficulty In Swallowing, Throat Swelling Sensation?

Hi, sometimes I feel swelling in my throat late morning. It continues throughout the day, by 1.00am until 6.00am I can not swollow properly and feel alot of pain. If feels like the pain is coming from the back of my throat to my stomach as I feel the pain in my back. After I swollow it takes 20 seconds before the pain stops and I have alot of water in my mouth (not from me drinking) and have to swollow. I feel extremely tired the next day and my body aches?

Hi, I went through your query. Since you have dysphagia i.e. difficulty in swallowing you should have a barium swallow or an endoscopy done to diagnose the problem. This could point to some serious underlying problem. So you should get the tests done at the earliest. Hope this helps.
