Hello I m constantly tired. I m forever thirsty and always need to go for a wee several time throughout the day and I m always feeling ill or under the weather.. My mum Is diabetic but I m afraid of needles I have a really bad phobia and I really don t want to go have tests. Just wondered if you could help to diagnose some kind of theory behind my symptoms

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
Well your symptoms point towards diabetes. If you are scared of having blood tests done, you can always have your urine tested to check if there is glucose present in it.
