What Is The Recommended Dosage Of Benadryl?
Ok so I have a terrible cough. I ve been taking two Benedryl every night but tonight i took my two Benedryl and I took a double dose of promethazine/codeine cough syrup. I know that s so stupid to take more than the prescribed dosage but my cough have made my voice go COMPLETEY away. (I work at a pre school so I have to have somewhat of a loud voice). I didn t think about that fact that I took the Benedryl until after I had already taken a gulp of the cough syrup. Am I going to be ok?

The effect of both the cough syrups will wear out with time. However please do not take 2 cough syrups at the same time. 10ml of benadryl is sufficient for you at one time. You can take it 3 times a day since your cough is bad. You will most likely need a course of antibiotics. Have you been having fever as well? Please write in if you have further queries.
