What Is The Recommended Dosage Of Zanocin Liquest (50mg/5ml) For 3 Year Old?
my duaghter who is 3 years 7 month old had a deep piercing wound (1/2 inch) between her little and ring finger. The wound was inflicted as she fell on a fish and the fish finbone pierced her hand. A minor operation had to be be done to remove the bone and it needed 2 stiches. As antibiotic, she has been administered zanocin liquest (50mg/5ml), 5ml twice daily. is the dose correct?
