What Is The Recommended Procedure In Case I Fail To Take The Third Dose Of Twinrix ?

I missed getting my third dose of Twinrix when I went on vacation 4 years ago. I m going on vacation again in four weeks.. Is it too late? What s the recommended procedure?

its dr VIVEK
twinrix contains hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine . as for as hepatitis A vaccine only two doe is sufficient . but for hepatitis B standard schedule is 0,1 and 6 moth. last dose can be extended upto 1 year of age . so this is to late if there is gap of 4 year
so reagrding hepatitis B two option are there
check anti HBSAg level if it is not formed - revaccinate for hepatitis b
if
if > 10 mIU/ml not to be worry
