I was wondering about the recovery time of burn scar contractural release surgury (Z-plasty)? my 5 year old is about to have the procedure done.

Hi.. For complete recovery takes at an  average of 3 months.. The initial 1 to 2 week is the dangerous period.. see a doctor immediately if there is a problem...
