hi, there is no known relation between these two. local anesthesia has some of its own complications and side effects but it has no link with the said drug. regards.
There is no clinical trial to prove ambezim to be contraindicated in local anesthetia. Actually hardly any drugs are contra indicated before local anesthetia. SO i think u will b e fine
