Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the boil, due to some bleeding there due to some prick, or sting by some insect.
When you popped it, it became infected, and started getting pus and paining.
You may need to be incised and drained for complete evacuation and cure if the ulcer.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and bcomplex after incision and drainage.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
