What Is The Remedy For A Painful Hand After A Spiral Fracture?

I had a spiral fracture of the 4th metacarpal, after 4 weeks in a cast, I have had the cast off for 2 weeks, my hand is VERY stiff in the morning and quite painful at night, during the day, no pain, some stiffness, less every day, but I am concerned that the morning and evening discomfort don t appear to be lessening

dear friend,what you are going through is normal course of fracture healing and consolidation.don't worry you will be o.k. in few week time.
my advice would be take diet rich in calcium and vit.D like milk and milk products,regular excercises,creppe bandage.
