2 weeks ago I fell on my elbow slipped on ice) 2 days ago I bumped it and it was swollen the next day know the tissue is swollen and tight to my wrist my be leaves it s infected alsoe feel flu symptoms in the evening got two shots in my butt cheeks and an antibiotic Yesterday got worse last night

From history it seems there might be having hematoma and cellulitis due to infection.
Continue with oral antibiotics.
Take anti-inflammatory medicines.
Apply ice pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
