What Is The Remedy For Achy Pain In Left Upper Back?

I am 70 and in excellent physical condition...I have had severe to moderate achy pain in my left upper back that wraps around to my left front. Years ago I had a gastric ulcer and the pain seems similar in some respects as it wraps around to my stomach area. I want to press hard against my upper back area for relief or lie on heat....any thoughts?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The causes for such pain may be the lung infection, muscular pain, arthritis of the shoulder, or gastric hyper acidity, Lately cardiac involvement.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a ECG, ultrasound, and X ray, of the shoulder for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
