What Is The Remedy For Bleeding After Poking The Ear Drum?

I cleaned my 10 y/o son right ear with a cotton bud but, I accidentally poke his ear drum and he cried a lot. My husband used otoscope and found out there is a little bleeding going on. Should I worry now and bring him to the doctor or just give him pain meds. At this time he fell asleep in his bed.

Hi. Sure - you need to take him to the ENT Surgeon to know the exact extent of injury and treatment if needed. DO NOT instill anything in the ears.
