What Is The Remedy For Blisters On The Hairline And A Swollen Face?
My son has blisters on his hair line and the right side of his face is so swollen that his eye is shut. He has been given two diagnosis by two different doctors. Staph and Shingles. He got an atibiotic shot yesterday for (shingles) and today his face is worse with the doctor saying it s staph. What do we do?

Hi,
According to the history you provided, I think your son may be having herpes zoster ..also called shingles. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to give him antiviral like tab acyclovir in proper dose under observation of doctor. A course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs may be needed to reduce secondary bacterial infection and swelling.
