HI ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
It is not clear what you mean by holes in the
lymph nodes. Any involvement of the lymph nodes might not be directly related to the
injury during the car accident. The curve in the spine might be due to the trauma or might be a pre existing problem which was a coincidental detection during the investigations after the accident. The symptoms you have of
severe pain and
tingling might be due the pressure on the nerves exiting through natural foramina in the spine, which might have got precipitated following the accidental trauma to the spine.
If I were your doctor, I would have advised you with some
physiotherapy with anti inflammatory, and some neurotonics. However, if the
MRI shows that the nerves are getting pressed by the bone, then I would advise you to visit a orthopaedician/neurosurgeon for opinion. They might advise you for some more investigations, followed by necessary management as would be appropriate for you.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in planning your treatment. Thanks for using the health care magic forum for your query on health. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
