General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
the fact that you are hypertensive and getting edema and shortness of breath you need to rule out if you have anemia - hemoglobin levels will be important.
you also need to get cardiac problem ruled out as you have risk factors for it - family history and hypertension - so you need to get a chest xray, ecg and echo done.
your kidney function tests are not badly off the derangements is due to the medications you are taking for the hypertension.
your cholesterol level is high you need to get that sorted out as its a risk factor for heart attack.
would suggest get reviewed by a physician and get the necessary investigations done.
hope to have answered your query.
thanking you.
