What Is The Remedy For Fever And Diarrhea?
Five days ago our four year old had a fever of 102.7, and has continued off and on, even up to today. She has had some congestion but that has somewhat cleared up with using Hyland s Cold and Allergy med. She now has a rash that started around her eyes to her neck and now on her torso. Diarrhea has also begun today.

Hi,
The rash may be due to fever (febrile rash) or due to any allergy or infection. For now give her tepid sponging for fever with acetaminophen of 15mg per kg for fever. This can be used 4 times a day. For diarrhea anti secretary drug like racecodotril sachet in water can be given.
She needs to be examined once for diagnosing the cause. She also requires some routine blood examination. Based on the cause the next treatment like antibiotics or any other drugs can be decided.
