hi doc this ismanju 28yrs 5feet 5inches 58kg female a medical student suffered from typhiod fever 15dys ago took iv ceftriaxone 1gm bd for 5dys n cefixime & oflox comb orally for 7dys now im nt havng fever but tired of gastric reflux even for a sip of water n backache what to do doc tell me

The antibiotics can cause gastric reflux.
I would advise you following:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and domperidone once a day.
2. To take soft bland diet
3. To walk after taking meals.
