What Is The Remedy For Itching In Private Area And Thighs With Sexually Not Being Active?

hi I am 21 years old. never had sex, yes I am still a virgin but my private area and inner/upper thighs will not stop itching. this has been going on for the past few months, maybe even more. what should I do. ive used all different detergents and soaps nothing has helped. ive tried all moisturizers that I can find. I refuse to go to a doctor and I refuse to show my legs to my mother (a nurse).please help.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the itching in private area and thighs .

After reading the query it appears to be simple fungal infection only. Do not worry it is not at all a sign of any sexually transmitted infection.
I suggest you to apply anti-fungal cram such as clotrimazole or terbinafine cream application because are best effective in these condition. Stay away from humid and hot environment.

Do not pinch, pop or scratch or even touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause aggravation of the rash. Do not even try to see the area and touch it again an again in anxiety.

Change your undergarments two times daily and wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments.
