Hi,Sumanjee, first time somebody has asked to increase thigh mass.Any way,any muscles gets increase in size due to regular exercise.Please go for regular physical activity which targets thigh muscles like cycling,push ups,special leg exercise etc.Along with that take good diet rich in protein and vitamins.do some light message every day.All of this put togather will help.
