What Is The Remedy For Painful Periods Due To Anteverted Bulky Uterus?

hi i have recently went and checked my scan anteverted bulky uterus no fibroid rest every thing in uterus is good. at the time of periods its very painful wat will be the remedy for this kindly advise me and eager to have a kid also but iam not getting it my kid is of 05 years old.

Hello,
Just a bulky uterus on ultrasound is nothing to worry about. It is mostly an occasional finding.
However, Pain could be because of conditions like adenomyosis or Endometriosis.
Because these usually cause painful menstruation.
Thus you need further investigations like hysteroscopy and hormonal evaluation to identify the cause of infertility.
Pain can be treated by pain killers and antispasmodics. But the investigations to find the cause is essential.
