Hi, I have returned to work and type constantly at work. I have suffered from painful swollen hands with pins and needles previously but this has now become painful. My wrist and big toes are now sore also . I have noticed a feeling of my joints rubbing together and sometimes drop things as my hand jerks. My doctor said to come back in six months and take paracetamol. I have noticed that two f my fingers are bent at angle. His is the tip below the last joint. Please an you help.
