Hi

Since your husband is having the skin rashes since few months now, I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist soon so that proper diagnosis and treatment of the skin condition can be done .
I expect an allergic cause for the skin rash that your husband has developed. There are certain eczematous skin conditions which progress slowly and increase If not managed on time.
A skin biopsy is also required in certain cases.
