What Is The Remedy For Sore Lower Back, Hip Bone, Knee And Ankle With Weak Psoas Muscle Due To Fall?

I fell down the stairs and landed in my lower back. All my weight fell on that area and then I slid down the rest of the stairs. I did not hit my head but I fainted( I usually faint when something traumatic happens). This happened two day ago. Today my lower back feels really sore. My left psoas muscle is weak. My left hip and sit bone feels sore and off. As well as my left knee and around my left ankle. Slight pain in the neck. I can not sit for long periods of time. What should I do?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

After trauma, pain intensity can increase to reach a plateau 24 to 48 hours after the initial event.

In the absence of any signs to indicate any nerve damage to the nerves in the back (weakness in the legs, difficulty passing stool or urine, tingling or any abnormal sensation), it is likely that your symptoms may due to soft tissue injury.

In that case treatment would involve rest and the use of anti inflammatory pain killers such as ibuprofen, naproxen, cataflam, aspirin (provided there is no history of allergic reaction).

I hope this helps
