Pneumonia is lung infection. It is known to cause weakness, fever, sweating, bodyache etc. If your pneumonia is recovered than your symptoms must have gone and you should improve. But since you are having all these s, better to rule out worsening of pneumonia. So get done chest x ray. In pneumonia, along with antibiotics, antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs are also helpful. So discuss all these with your doctor and start appropriate treatment.
