What Is The Remedy For The Pain In Abdomen And Around The Shoulder Blade When On Tylenol?

right side abdomen pain sharp radiates to back on right side and below shoulder blade stomac swollen on front middle had for 2 days no fever only threw up one time usually goes away with putting pressure but thats working less and less put hot compress on and pain went away took tylenol no releif

There are a number of causes of pain in these areas and it would be impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without further investigations.
It could be related to your stomach or bowel.
I suggest you see your doctor for further advice. You may need blood tests and an abdominal scan.
