What Is The Remedy To Bring Down My Blood Pressure?
I m having trouble getting my blood pressure to get down the last few days. It s varied from 149/110 to 185/105..... I take .5 mg Lisinopril a day and Hyrdrochlorothiazide (about 30mg/day). My chest doesn t hurt but it feels tight - what else can I do to bring down my blood pressure?
