What Is The Remedy To Ease Up Lump On Calf Of Leg Due To Fall, With Negative Result For Blood Clot?

I was on a blood thinner and fell out of bed. As a result, my calf of me leg swelled up and was very painful. The doctor did a couple of doppler tests for possible blood clot which were negative. It has been almost 3 weeks and lump in my calf is still there and is hard. I am told that it will resolve itself eventually. I am no longer on a blood thinner . Should I be treating this with ice or heat. I am wearing a compression stocking. Thank you

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having localized hematoma due to blood thinner.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Gradually swelling will be resolve.
Ok and take care.
