What Is The Risk If I Stop Taking Methotrxite Taken For Rheumatoid Arthritis ?
I have rheumatoid artritis and have been put on methotrexite 8 weeks ago. I am worry about side effect. In 2008 I had thyroid cancer, followed by the surgery, then radio-active tablet. What is the cancer risk when on methotrexite? What is the risk if I stop taking methotrxite?

methotrexate is the anchor medicine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
side effects are mainly nausea and hair fall. cancer risk when on methotrexate is very unusual. If you stop taking methotrexate, disease will flare up and deformity can occur.
