Hi, I am 33 yrs old female, was on Roaccutane from 7 month back, i stopped 1 month back ( off 1 month ), I got married 2 month back, using Oral contraceptive What is the safe period to get pregnant with out any risk of fetal abnormalities ??? Thaaaanks alot

Nobody should get pregnant while taking Accutane and Accutane should be stopped for one month before conceiving. It has a fairly short half life and gets out of your system fairly quickly. I found two good quality links that discusses Accutane.I hope that helps and best of luck.
