Hallow Dear,
There are medical methods to perform termination of pregnancy; however they should not be practiced where there is no medical facility back up to surgically complete the
abortion if needed. Also, if abortion is illegal where you are staying, please go to a country where it is legal before you venture any method.
Tab. Mifepristone followed after 24-48 hours by Tab.
Misoprostol safely terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation. These are not 'over the counter' medicines; they are prescription medicines. They should be taken by Obstetrician's advice and under supervision. Usually the abortion starts within 24 hours of last tablet consumed; however, delay up to 7 days may take place. It is advised to report Obstetrician after 7 days for follow up visit.
These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, in case of failure of the medicines to abort, the decision should not be reverted to continuation of pregnancy. In such event, pregnancy should be terminated by some surgical intervention like MVA.
If the abortion is incomplete as evident by continuous bleeding and
ultrasonography, it should be completed by surgical evacuation of the
uterus.
I hope this helps you.
