Several things: I have endometreosis, had paid in 2012 while on mirena and was treated, had my 4th child after 3 miscarriages. Decided on a tubal ligation. The drs clamped my tubes 9wks ago. My periods have never been normal but I am having severe pain on my left side, started lightly bright red bleeding then it went heavy with clots and now back to light. What could this be?
