What Is The Severity Of Typhoid Levels With The Below Widal Test Results?

Hi, Patient (63 Years) had fever (103 degree F) for 5 days. Constipation for 4 days. No Vomiting. Widal test reads WIDAL TEST, SERUM Method Slide Agglutination - S. Typhi O (TO) Agglutination titres 1:80 - S. Typhi H (TH) Agglutination titres 1:80 - S. Para Typhi A,H (AH) Agglutination titres 1:80 - S. Para Typhi B,H (BH) Negative in all titres Medicine administered Inj. Pipzo 4.5gm I.V. 8 Hourly Inj. Oflomac 200gx100ml I.V. BD Inj. Pantroprazole I.V. BD Inj. Paracetamol Is this very serious typhoid? Are the quantity of dosages sufficient ?

As i see your widal test reports you do not have typhoid fever , you see titer O is less than 1/200. We take typhoid positive more than 1/200 in titer O only and under going treatment at 1/100 . To make a diagnosis you reivestigate your self .
