Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

The reason for such swellings can be hemangiomas, dermoid cyst or encephalocele. Do not worry. These are easily treatable conditions. I would recommend you to visit a pediatrician for proper clinical examination and definitive answer. You may even upload the images for my reference so that I may help you out in the best possible way.
Take care
