What Is The Solution For Dyspepsia Symptoms?

hi, i have been suffering from dyspepsia for almost 1 year... i have seen many doctors, but still the problem lingers...my symptoms include frequent burping, breathlessness, pain in the abdomen, heartburn, giddiness, constant infection in the anus, weakness of limbs, nervousness. plz suggest what should i do...I was H. Pylori negative, my CT scan was fine, haemogram fine, blood sugar fine...plz advise.

I really appreciate your concern, all the given symptoms are not suggestive of any pathological changes neither proved infection but it seems to be hyperacidity and it may be associated with anxiety and depression, it may be IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome ) I would like to suggest the following medicines for this
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for five weeks
2) Tab Domperidone 10 mg once in day for five weeks
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day
it may be some discomfort in anal region but it may not be infection, it may be pruritus, but it will come around soon with the suggested medicines, try to come out of the stress.
