What Is The Solution For Tingling In Feet, Chest Pain And Heart Palpitation Of A 13 Year Old Child?

Hello, my 13 year old daughter is suffering from tingling in feet and occasionally fingers and when active stabbing chest pains and heart palpations and chest pains will occur during resting also once in a while. Regularly , heart skips about every 20 beats. What's wrong?
