As per your query you are experiencing weird noises in ear while burp or hiccups . The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as eustachian tube dysfunction . This condition occur when conditions like upper respiratory track infection or post nasal drip left untreated ans infection spread to ear through eustachian tube . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may conduct various tests to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) , decongestants and mucolytic agent . For now do warm saline gargles and apply hot dry conpresses to external ear .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
