What Is The Suggested Treatment To Avoid Pregnancy?
dear dr, my wife has missed her periods, to confirm we did a pregnancy test at home its negative. she s getting abdominal pain but not getting her periods. right now we havnt planned for baby so is it OK to take mefiprestine and misoprolol to avoid pregnancy or wat u suggest?

well if her pregnancy test is negative after 7 days of missed periods then she is not pregnant. no need for abortifacient drugs. rather i would suggest her to wait for total of 15 days post missed period for her menses to return, if they dont then she can be safely given a withdrawl bleed with progestins to resume her menses. regards
