What Is The Symptoms Of Spinal Meningitis?

What is the symptoms of spinal meningitis. Our grandson went to the hospital this morning. They said he had spinal meningitis then sent him home saying he did nt. Now the hospital called and said he does have it and to bring him in. Now they don t know if he has it or not. He has a fever and aching all over. 8 years old.
