What Is The Tingling Sensation In My Hands And Feet?

I went to the dermatologist today because of these random salmon colored raised bumps on my body (torso, chest, parts of arm and neck) and he said that it was most likely pityriasis rosea and gave me a biopsy as well. The results come back in five days and I am going on vacation in 2 days. I just am worried that because my case seems so atypical (no herald patch, not as severe looking as photos online) that it may be something else? He checked between my fingers and wrists to see if there was any itchiness so to rule out scabies. There has not been any itchiness there nor on my palms or on the soles of my feet. However, I m feeling quite tired today after the biopsy and I feel slight needles/pins tingling sensations on my hands and bottoms of my feet...could that just be me being paranoid? Could it be the Lidocaine giving me side effects? Please let me know.
