Dear Friend Welcome to Health care magic. I am Dr Charu , I will shortly try to help you with my opinion. See you may require more than 1 drug therapy if your blood pressure is not controlled by Losartan only. However , i would advice you following workup first : 1. ECG 2. Kidney Function Test 3. Lipid Profile 4. Urine Routine 5. Fundus of Eye Examination. Get these investigations, and discuss with your doctor regarding adding Metoprolol and Enalapril to your prescription. It is advisable to take aspirin and atorvastatin along with BP Medications. Based on the available details, this is my best advice for you. You should discuss with your doctor and share my opinion , I am sure he/she will agree to my opinion. Good Luck.
